If you are going where the internet is slow, mobile data is expensive, or you can not get online, you can save an area from google maps to your Android phone or Tablet and use it offline map.

Note:- Downloading offline areas isn't available in some regions because of contractual limitations, language support, address formats, or other reasons.


Save offline Map in google map using Android Phone

1 - On your Android phone or Tablet, Open the Google Map app.

Note:-  Make Sure your device connected to the Internet and sign in/sign up Google map.

2 - Go to a menu bar top Left side.


3 - Select a Offline areas, and click + icon.


4 - Now select a areas you want to download it.


5 - Click a Download icon, and save it.


6 - Few second wait to start downloading.


Tip:- The biggest size for an offline area is 120,000 square kilometers. If you try to zoom in to a smaller area.
